 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Terri at the coastal kitchen and bar was AMAZING!! She is friendly, accommodating and just all around pleasant and kind. If there was any lack, she made up for it. We were blessed to have oceanfront balcony room. The room was clean for oceanfront. Service we experienced was great. No complaints. We will come back. It’s is a very clean place and the ocean view is breathtaking!! A little bit on the down side in my room the curtain is a little bit dirty with brown spots and when you flush the toilet it gets on the ground YUCK!! But overall it’s an amazing place and room!! The beds are clean very spacious room and amazing views! Very cheap for this vacation wonderland!!

She is what most front desk hotels need today. I travel very often and have worked in hotels for over 26 years and the service industry has gone down tremendously in terms of kindness. The front desk, housekeepers, and maintenance crew were so very nice. We ate breakfast every morning at the restaurant inside the hotel and had a wonderful experience every single time. Annette and Sharon were wonderful and made us feel incredibly welcomed and they were so kind to our daughter! Just an overall really great experience!
